Privacy notice
Claim TPD connects people with personal injury law firms on our panel. This notice explains how we handle the details you give us when you make an enquiry.
Who collects your details
This website is operated by Revolution Law, 5/ 254 Kingston Road, Slacks Creek, QLD 4127, which collects the details you give us and is responsible for them.
What we collect
Your name, phone number and (if you give it) email address, suburb and postcode; what you tell us about your injury or situation, including health information; when you'd like to be called; and how you heard about us.
Why we collect it
To connect you with a suitable law firm on our panel, so that firm can contact you about your enquiry, work out whether it can help and check for conflicts of interest. If you don't give us your contact details, we can't connect you with a lawyer.
Who we share it with
We pass your enquiry to the panel firm we connect you with. That firm handles your details under its own privacy policy. We don't sell your details or share them for marketing. Otherwise we share them only with service providers that help us run our systems, or where the law requires it.
Where it's kept
Your enquiry is stored in Australia (Sydney). This website doesn't keep a copy. Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted under our record keeping rules.
The next steps feature
If you choose "Show my next steps", what you wrote about your situation is sent to our AI service, Claude, made by Anthropic, to prepare general information for you. Anthropic may process it outside Australia, including in the United States. It's used only to prepare that information, isn't used to train AI models, and isn't kept by this website. You can skip this step.
Advertising measurement
We advertise on Google. This website uses Google's advertising tag to count how many visits from our ads lead to an enquiry, so we know which ads work. The tag uses cookies and sends Google your browser's details, the pages you view on this website and the fact that an enquiry was sent. It never sends what you type into the form, such as your name, phone number or what's happening. We've switched off ad personalisation, so your visit isn't used to show you ads elsewhere. Google may process this information outside Australia, including in the United States. You can block the tag with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the form still works.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you, or make a complaint about how we've handled them, by calling 07 3416 4999 or writing to Revolution Law at 5/ 254 Kingston Road, Slacks Creek, QLD 4127. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
